Grand Princess Cruise Review

Brittany Gaastra

Age: 16
Occupation: School
Number of Cruises: 2
Cruise Line: Princess
Ship: Grand
Sailing Date: February 19th, 2005
Itinerary: Western Caribbean

When I got home, I realized how much I missed everything about the Grand Princess: clean towels, chocolates on pillows, wonderful meals and an EXCELLENT 24 hour buffet. What I appreciated most was the ship's crew. They work so hard all day every day, and they can often be seen scrubbing, varnishing, cleaning... makes you realize how spoiled you are. The crew was the most friendly, polite group of people I have ever met! If you get really lucky, you'll have Joseph from the Philippines as your waiter; I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

My grandparents have been on 6 cruises and even they said this was the nicest ship they had ever been on. Although not many children were on board, there was still plenty to do. I encourage trying out the Movies Under the Stars. Fresh pillows and wool blankets on lounge chairs in front of a huge screen.. It's quite awesome. Everything. Best week of my life.
