We have cruised on Princess 2x before. Alaska - Coral Princess - Fantastic and Europe - Star Princess. We noticed a big difference with Princess and both my husband and I were disappointed!!!

The crew - bartenders, room attendants, purser's desk...were just awful...not professional - rude - and extremely unpolished...We could not believe we were cruising with Princess...What happened?

We want to travel to the Baltic area of Europe next year and now looking at other Cruise lines...

I wonder if this has anything to do with Princess merging with Carnival???

Food was awful as well....Complaints all over the place...passengers complaining constantly...about everything from rude crew members to horrible food...What a shame!!!

Coral Princess was my favorite and Star was totally wonderful as well...This was a big disappointment!
