We had a very nice trip and experienced and excellent service.

The food was good and even excellent at some occasions.

Since we traveled during summer holidays many families and kid's (traveling for free in the same cabin) were present. The childcare was fine and it was opened from the morning until 11.30 p.m. (also during excursions)

The staff was friendly almost all the time.

Overall we agree with the description of Tom Ogg in almost all details - certainly the ship is beautiful.

The animation team and the performances were motivated but the activities were not always to our taste.

Criticism: we had some problems with the credit card authorization which was rather poorly handled by the staff [it turned out to be a communication problem with our bank] also we were charged for an excursion that had been cancelled (due to lack of interest) and it took a few minutes discussion to get the item removed from our bill.
