Itinerary: Southern Caribbean

This was my second cruise. I like Celebrity a lot. The cruise went to: Dominican Republic, Barbados, Antigua, Grenada, and St. Thomas. I give this cruise line 4 Stars. Everything was great expect for the food. The buffet is BORING! No variety and the food was cold most the time. Also the coffee is horrible. As soon as I found a Wendy's in St. Thomas I ran to it just to have a decent cup of coffee. I was not to thrilled with the food in the dining room. Bland and unpredictable for the most part. However do try the Rhubarb cold soup-YUMMMY!!!!! Also the deserts are great too. We had an ocean view room on the 3rd fl and loved it. The colors where tropical. The maid Joy is very nice and impressed us with how hard she worked. Also our waiter Alex is the best. The Maitre d' Roderick is also very nice and accommodating. This cruise had an older crowd 50+ not many children. Definately not meant for the Party Animal or children. Yet if you want a nice peaceful yet fun traditional cruise with respectable people this is the cruise for you. I highly recommend attending the art auctions. Also I found Barbados and Grenada where the best places to shop. Stock up on all the spices you can since the rest of the islands have a lot of lot of imports and are not shopper friendly. I enjoyed this Celebrity cruise so much I will definately book again with them.
